Responsibilities:

• Handle editorials and the production of company’s materials: internal monthly bulletin, internal portal, website, company profiles (printed & video), reports, management speech, etc.
• Assist Marcomm activities including events, corporate merchandise, and research media coverage and industry trends.
• Develop Public Relations & CSR (Community Engagement) campaign, maintain good company reputation through strong relationship with key target media and positive publications.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships between CK and existing client
• Monitor the actual achievement of the "blueprint" in order to achieve the company’s budget
• Calculate invoice for the work the company has done to the client.
• Monitor KPI, KRI, process control implementation, and mitigation implementation
• Provide early detection of the issues regarding to the project or the company.
• Provide an overview of the performance outlook for each client.
• Provide recommendations to the BOD, GMs related to problem solving / corporate strategy

Qualification:
• Graduated from mining or civil engineering

Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsibilities:
• Supervise Business Development team
• Identify and analyze "new opportunity" for the Mining sector.
• Develop and maintain prospective client relationships
• Determine the scope of services to be offered to the client (the client value proposition)
• Prepare the blueprint project includes commercial and technical aspect in cooperation with technical team.
• Provide prospect recommendation to management
• Ensure the project preparation process until handover to the operations team run according to a predetermined schedule

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Learn and design technology innovation
• Propose Investment proposals to management
• Conducting experiments on quality of work design that is created
• Calculating the cost of design on the work design that is done
• Working closely with vendors regarding technical specifications of the work design
• Conduct result analysis of the work design that has been implemented in the field and make corrective actions needed.
• Conduct training on operating and service of the work design that has been created

Project Estimator for Mining (PE)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Project Assessment preparing a blueprint on a project based on the verification result of data and Mine Planning
• Provide recommendations on production schedule including the type and amount of tools on a new project or an existing project that is on extension or change of plan production or the selling price based on the long-term plan and the level of profit required
• Coordinate with the related parties to identify and calculate the Cost of Sales and Cost of Fund for Blueprint establishment.
• Recommend the selling price on each activity on a project based on profit targets and customer expectations
• Coordination with related parties in filing Blueprint on Investment / Divestment Policy on Internal Procedure for the approval of the Board of Directors and External Procedure for the approval of the Board of Commissioner
• Advise decisions on the financial impact of a project based on the calculation of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balanced Sheet and Project Investment Analysis.
• Recommend methods of controlling the deviations found when performing a risk assessment project.
• Able to coordinate and communicate positively with both internal teams and with customers

Corporate Finance Treasury Specialist (CFT)
Responsibilities:
• Directly Report to Corporate Finance Manager
• Assist in managing sales and collection cycle that relates to the company’s cash flow;
• Provide supports in conducting client’s cash management arrangement (CAMA, restructuring agreement and other related agreements).
• Conducting cash flow forecast and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow;
• Support in preparing project / investment / capex analysis in order to assure that they are measurable, properly allocated and have a healthy return.
Qualification:
