PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011.
The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

To strengthen the existing team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, Martabe Gold Mine is looking for a top calibre candidate to fill in a role:

Trainer – Learning and Development (TD 0331)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Staff Development Superintendent.

Role this position is required to deliver employee development training programmes to PTAR employees, with an emphasis on, but not confined to local staff. The role critical in raising the levels of ability and awareness among employees through a wide variety of job-specific and more holistic training programmes, designed to equip employees with more skills, knowledge and behaviours which will enhance their roles at PTAR. Typical programmes would include: time management, cross-cultural awareness, communications skills and certain basic Microsoft packages such as Word and Outlook.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. A Bachelors degree in education HRD, business administration or psychology.
2. Have certified trainer or facilitator.
3. A sound awareness of competency based training systems.
4. A thorough knowledge of the principles of adult education.
5. Three or five years experience working with a learning & development environment, preferably within a large organisation.
6. Outstanding verbal, written, multi tasking and presentation skills.
7. Rounded English ability to a minimum of C1 (CEF) or IELTS 7.

Senior Supervisor Community Services (CD 0229)

This position will be based at the Martabe Project and reports directly to the Community Services Superintendent.

The role of this position is to assist Community Services Superintendent in developing and implementing community services programs in order to enable local people to sustain their live hood beyond the mining operation and enhance harmonious relationship between the company and local stakeholders. Major duties and responsibilities of this position are the development of community health programs and education.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimal Diploma III in relevant Social Science
2. Have minimum 5 years experiences in Community Development
3. Good interpersonal and public communication skills
4. Advance in community organizations and development
5. Advance in community health issues and/or education
6. Good understanding in partnership, analytical and conceptual skills
7. Good understanding in leadership and influential team building skills
8. Competence in speaking, reading and writing English

Senior Supervisor EXIM (SCM 0330)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site and reports directly to the Logistics Superintendent.

The role of this position is to manage the importation and export activities for operations importation goods. Manage Exim activities with Indonesia Customs in entry point (Seaport and Airport) for inbound/outbound materials/equipment are processes in timely manner and comply with the Indonesian Customs laws and regulations. Develop and maintaining good relationship with BKPM, DEMR and Indonesian Customs.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Formal degree in business, management, engineering supply chain and/or logistics, marine and shipping
2. Have minimum 10 years experiences in Export Import, Customs and Masterlist facilities management in mining project and operations. Preferably on mining industry.
3. Well experienced of relevant Indonesia business, importation, Indonesian Customs Regulation, Harmonized Tariff Code, taxation, Trade Department rules and mining regulations.
4. Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
5. Strong analitycal capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced English languange documentation skills with high attention to detail.
6. Good communication skill both Indonesia and English.
7. Good interpersonal skill.
