Building/Construction Supervisor – (JPC-SPV)

• Ensuring contractor’s work quality of houses/building contraction.
• Calculating development cost and preparing tender.
• Good communication and leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Age. Max 35 years old, having 2 years experience in related position would be advantage.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.

Database & Mapping Officer – (JPC-DM)

• Perform setup & update land records.
• Conducting digitization of land status that can be accessed via the aerial images and perform database synchronization between ground and aerial images.
• Verification of land acquisition.
• Having a good communication, negotiation skills and leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Geology/Geophysics min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
• Max. Age 35 years old, having 2 years experience in related position would be advantage
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.

Infrastructure Design Officer – (JPC-INF)

• Responsible to plan design and calculate master grading plan for plots, drainage, power/electric system, water, telephone, retaining wall, etc.
• Coordinate with related units, consultant(s), and institution of infrastructure legislation.
• Having good negotiation skill and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor/Master Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) & 3.00 (master) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
• Having 1-2 years experience in related position would be advantage.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

Site Planning Officer – (JPC-SPO)

• Able to create 2D/3D sketch also create and revise design Master plan / Site plan
• Responsible in coordinate with landscape unit.
• Having good attention to details.
• Bachelor/Master in Architecture / Urban Design, Min. GPA 2.75(Bachelor) and 3.00(Master) out of 4.00.
• Max. Age 35 years old. Having 1-3 year experience in urban planning or related position would be advantage.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.

Landscape Design Officer – (JPC-LO)

• Designing and reviewing landscape design.
• Working closely with landscape consultants.
• Having good communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor of Landscape engineering, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
• Max. Age 35 years old. 1 year experience in related positions.

Quality Control Officer – (JPC-QC)

• Doing housing check list (stock/sold).
• In charge of customer service as in housing quality.
• Having good communication skill and orientation to customer satisfaction.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
• Max. age 35 years old. Max. 1 year experience in related position.

Tax Staff – (JPC-PJK)

• Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax.
• Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and Submission, Reconciliation & Equalization and others Tax Related task.
• Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
• Having a good attention to details.
• Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
• Bachelor of Accounting, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
• Max. Age 35 years old. Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in tax.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.

Accounting Staff – (JPC-AK)

• Responsible in composing financial statements as registering and grouping data.
• Coordinating with business units in data reconciliation.
• Responsible for making accurate monthly financial report.
• Having good communication and thorough.
• Bachelor in Accounting. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
• Max 35 years old. Fresh graduates or 1year experience in property accounting.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.

Finance Administration Staff – (JPC-FAS)

• Responsible in Finance Administration such as vendor payments and database
• Responsible in conducting reports.
• Having good attention to details & thorough, good skills on Ms. Office.
• Diploma/Bachelor in finance/business management, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
• Max. Age 35 years old, fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in finance administration.
• Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.
