PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (MRT Jakarta) is a BUMD owned by Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta which is responsible to manage all activities of Mass Rapid Transit System development covering from Engineering Services, Construction, to Operations and Maintenance.

Due to our current rapid development, we are inviting professionals to join our team in the following position:

Transit-Property Business Development Manager
Responsible for Driving new property development opportunities within transit areas of MRT Jakarta to the market by leading and managing people across all activities associated with property development including coordinating, negotiating, communicating to any related stakeholders.

Main Duties

• Initiating, managing and completing new property development projects initiatives in accordance with organizations strategies.
• Create and conduct good relationships with property industry players and related government agencies. Negotiating with all appropriate stakeholders to ensure project achieve necessary approvals.
• Ensuring the organization is offered opportunities to present proposals for potential development projects and effectively market proposals for leasing and investment.
• Preparing land acquisition / consolidation process & permission.
• Prepare joint development framework & agreement, acting as the organizations representative for all building contracts. Negotiating contracts and settling disputes in accordance with organization requirements.
• Prepare necessary subsidiary companies of each business portfolios.
• Developing and implementing appropriate property management policies, systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed project strategies and plans for new development projects and undertake detailed feasibility and financial analysis of prospective projects, project tracking and evaluation.
• Working with the sales and marketing team to formulate strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Leading and managing the property development, leasing department, building permission and project management teams.
• Prepare Property management and transit estate management framework.
• Selecting and managing projects teams of consultant and contractors.
• Prepare property sales & leasing and marketing of MRT Jakarta's advertising and telecommunication infrastructure media.

Typical experience
A minimum of 10 years experience in the property industry 5 years of which spent in property development role.

Education
Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in either Property/ real estate development or business related degree.
