Graduate Engineering Trainee Program
Job Description :

Graduate Trainee Program is a specific development program open for young graduates to develop leadership skills in your area of focus in a manufacturing environment which combines practical ‘on the job learning’ and formal training courses with structured Mentorship Program. You will undertake 6 months of the experiential learning program and deeply involved in day-to-day manufacturing operations and projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with engineering background (mechanical, electrical, chemical, and industrial)
• Excellent academic performance (Minimum GPA : 2,9)
• Possess no more than 1 year work experience
• High intellectual capability ‘peer group’
• Excellent English, passive & active
• Energetic person with a strong drive for results, high flexibility, highly confidence and motivated person
