Persyaratan Umum :
1. Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 25 tahun (no 1-2) & 23 tahun (no. 3)
2. Lulusan S1 atau D3 (no. 1-2)
3. Mahasiswa semester 1-4 semua jurusan dengan IPK min 2,75 atau lulusan SMA/sederajat semua jurusan dengan nilai ijazah SMA min 7,5 (no.3)
4. Komunikatif dan berpenampilan menarik dengan tinggi badan min. 157 cm
5. Memiliki integritas dan kemauan yang tinggi untuk belajar serta berorientasi pada pelayanan
