Melalui internship program Anda akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan bisnis di Pertamina, baik secara individu maupun dalam tim, dengan masa kerja 6 bulan dan persyaratan sebagai berikut:
Persyaratan Umum :
• Sarjana S1 yang belum / sudah wisuda
• IPK minimum 3.00
• Usia maksimal 27 tahun

Persyaratan spesifik :
- Komunikasi : Memahami prosedur protokoler & MC, mampu mengaplikasikan desain grafis dan memahami marketing communication
- Ekonomi/Bisnis/ Manajemen : Memahami Capital Budgeting Concept, Credit Analysis, Debt Capital Market, Pasar Uang dan Trade Financing, analisa data dan sistem informasi
- Psikologi : Memahami ilmu psikologi industri dan organisasi, dan memliki kemampuan berpikir analitis yang baik
- Teknik Industri : Memahami prinsip pengembangan kajian usaha, model-model kajian bisnis umum di industri hulu migas dan energi, proses kelogistikan {exportdan import) serta Custom Clearance
- Fisip (Perpajakan/Administrasi) : Memahami UU Pajak dan kepabeanan, Perjanjian Penghindaran Pajak Berganda/Pajak Internasional, dan Analisa Perpajakan
- Geologi/Geofisika : Memahami prinsip dasar dan konsep ilmu kebumian terkait dengan kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi migas
- Statistik : Memiliki kemampuan analisa data untuk merancang sistem evaluasi dan reporting
- Teknik Mesin/Listrik/Instrumentasi : Memahami problem maintenance dan sistem perencanaan kerja, kelogistikan dan material kilang
- Teknik Sipil/Manajemen Konstruksi : Memahami proses monitoring dan evaluasi proyek termasuk tools yang digunakan (Microsoft Project, Primavera, dll), prinsip pengadaan barang jasa dan penyusunan OE
Sr. Community Development Officer ( HR-02-2014 ) - PHE ONWJ

Job Description
• Facilitate the initiatives of community development/KPO programs with all related parties
• Perform regional mapping and assessment in connection with all related parties
• Develop draft budget of community development/KPO programs
• Perform implementation of all community development/KPO programs
• Anticipate and resolve any related problems with local communities
• Maintain and improve communication and relations with local communities, both local informal and formal leaders as well as local NGOs
• Coordinate in any project familiarization with other company’s functions, such as HSSE, Operations
Job Requirement
• Min. Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication and Anthropology
• Having minimum 7 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry with exposure to community relations
• Having experiences in building networks/relationships with Government, Authority and Community
• Having good report writing skills
• Possess excellent communication with great personal skills
• Strong ability to influence others
• Strong ability to understand company policy, community culture and interest

AFE & Cost Allocation Accountant ( ACC-02-14 ) - PHE WMO

Job Description
• To ensure efficient and accurate cost processing, monitoring, and reporting.
• To perform invoice processing, cost allocation, and controlling (AFE and OPEX).
• To perform and monitor AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) related matters.
• To maintain monitoring and reporting OPEX budget and spending realization
• To maintain budget control set up and budget data upload to SAP
• To perform the monthly closing: Accrual preparation; Review preliminary monthly OPEX and AFE realization; Allocation of cost sharing; AFE WBS settlementDistribution process; Assessment process;Update/modification of cycles used in distribution and assessment process
• To maintain chart of account
Job Requirement
• Min. Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Min. 3 years experiences as Cost Controller/Asset Accountant, min. 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas industry
• Preferably has special skill in SAP , and certified PTK 007
• Good command of English both written and speaking

Material & Asset Accountant ( ACC-01-14 ) - PHE WMO

Job Description
• To maintain material monitoring and reporting (direct charge & inventory)
• To review and monitor for material usage and material backlog in AFE and prepare material report for AFE close out
• To monitor PSI (Placed Into Service) proposal and approval as required in PTK PIS 033 rev.1
• To monitor surplus material ex project
• To handle transfer and write off of material
• To conduct physical check and stock take for inventory and fixed asset
• To monitor PR (Purchase Request) and WO (Work Order) related to fixed asset
• To perform daily activities related to inventory accounting (conversion joint to feet, price adjustment, PO subcon for material assembly, etc)
• To handle audit matters
• To coordinate with asset custodian for material inventory and fixed asset monitoring
Job Requirement

Upstream Technology Center - Senior Specialist Offshore Drilling ( UPSUTC1405 ) - PT Pertamina (Persero)

Job Description
• Mengarahkan & mengevaluasi penerapan konsep,standar,recommended practices,teknologi,prosedur & metodologi pada rekomendasi keteknikan & operasional Offshore Drilling dalam bentuk technical support project,terutama utk proyek dgn lingkup kompleksitas & resiko tinggi.
• Mengevaluasi rekomendasi/kajian teknis kepada APH dalam penyusunan Work Program and Budget (WP&B) untuk diajukan ke SKK MIGAS
• Mengarahkan & mengevaluasi kajian/rekomendasi keteknikan dan operasional untuk solusi/problem solving perihal problema Offshore Drilling yang terjadi, baik kepada manajemen Direktorat Hulu maupun kepada APH dan mitra kerja Pertamina, terutama untuk pekerjaan dengan lingkup kompleksitas dan resiko tinggi, seperti pada Medium Water Depth Drilling.
Job Requirement
• Background Pendidikan: S3/S2/S1 Teknik Perminyakan/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Kimia/Teknik Geologi
• Pengalaman: Minimal 12 tahun di Offshore Drilling
