HR Generalist
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)
Scope of Works:
• Develops and regularly updates organization structure to be in line with the company short and medium term manpower requirements, and ensures all recruitment are within the approved manpower headcounts.
• Conduct the overall recruitment, selection and placement activities to ensure proper staffing and to meet the Company’s annual manpower targets in timely manner. In coordination with department heads recruits & selects potential candidates both from within and outside of the company.
• Assists the HR Manager on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP) and Company Policy, including socialize personnel policies & procedures to employees and provides information & clarification of the policies & procedures for employees upon requests.
• Carries out employee relations and industrial peace safeguarding that includes but not limited to handling grievances, disputes, dept head counseling services and recommending disciplinary actions & issuance of warning letters.
• Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
• Analyze organization development activities, including manpower requirements, org structure, job competencies and job description are properly managed.
• Conduct the training need analysis, learning design and people development intervention to develop employee’s competencies gap, including managing and evaluating public training and in-house training programs.
• Conduct and safe guarding the performance management activities within the company and provide further assistance by interacting with other employees and management level in ensuring the activities executed properly.
• Conduct and provide further assistance to superior in managing employee career management.
• Develop and review HR related policies to Organization Development and People Development.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree preferable in Economics/Business Management/ psychology, Law or related field study.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Recruitment and/or Industrial Relations.
• Understand UU no 13 year 2013 and other related manpower regulations.
• Outgoing personality with high level of energy and commitment
• Good teamwork
Internal Audit Superintendent
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)
Responsibilities:
• To implement the annual Audit Plan.
• To prepare work programs and audit working papers.
• To conduct operational audits, financial, and investigation in the head office, site, as well as in the subsidiaries.
• To ensure the audit report is in accordance with the internal audit standards and completed in a timely manner.
• To ensure that all suggestions and recommendations for improvements are being implemented.
Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in accountant
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience as Internal Audit on mining industry, have operational experience in finance is advantage.
• Have a deep understanding and ability in doing internal audit for operational, financial and investigation
• Have a good understanding in and the internal audit concept and company business process, especially in mining industry.
• High level of energy and commitment
• Good teamwork
• Good problem solving and analytical skills with detail orientation.
