BENTOEL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Our Program :
This programme is a structured 2 year program designed with :
1.Challenging assignments supported by a coach and mentor
2.International exposure
3.Being involved in tasks and projects having impact on the business

General Requirements :
1.Bachelor or Master degree from reputable universities
2.Fresh graduates (graduated by 2012 at the latest) and final semester students are welcome to apply
3.Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
4.Having good in analytical thinking & leadership capabilities

MT – MARKETING
Requirement :
• Bachelor or Master degree in any major with min GPA of 3.00

MT – FINANCE
Requirement :
• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics and Management, Accounting with min GPA of 3.00

MT – OPERATIONS
Requirement :
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, all technic background and agriculture with min GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java
